Medieval Suites Apartments:The apartments have a mandatory charge of 25 € cleaning fee at the time of check-out.

Conditions Hotel and Apartments:

Later than 23 hours we can not provide replacement service towels, bathrobes, slippers or other amenities. In the event that any of these things needed parts and arrive later than 23 hours, should inform in advance.

      Policy guarantees (Hotel and Apartments) Reservations made on the website by credit card, they will pay 100% of the contracted services.

      Cancellation policy: The customer may make cancellations and amendments to them through our website, by email, by fax.

 Hotel:

Cancel free of charge 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation charge the first night: within 15 days before arrival. * Weekends, bank holidays, three first nights.

Amendment free: 24 hours before arrival (excluding weekends, bank holidays, which is 72 hours). The 1st amendment is free, from the second charge of 10% of the total reservation.

 In case of No Show (the no-show without warning) Llegendes Girona Hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of stay.

 Apartments:

Cancel free of charge: 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation charge of 30%: up to 2 weeks before arrival. * Weekends, bank holidays, three first nights.

Cancellation charge of 50%: up to 1 week before arrival.

Cancellation charge of 100% within one week before arrival.

Amendment free: 24 hours before arrival (excluding weekends, bank holidays, which is 72 hours). The 1st amendment is free from the second would be loaded on 10% of the reservation.
